1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Anubandha AI ("the Platform", "we", "us"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you must refrain from utilizing our artificial intelligence auditing engine.

2. Disclaimer of Legal Advice (Safe Harbor)

Anubandha AI is an analytical software tool, not a law firm. The reports, risk flags, and proposed statutory fixes generated by our AI engine do not constitute formal, binding legal advice, nor do they establish an attorney-client relationship. You agree to consult with a qualified advocate registered with the Bar Council of India prior to executing contracts or acting upon our automated audits. We disclaim all liability for legal actions taken based on our algorithmic outputs.

3. Scope of Service & Billing

The Platform evaluates commercial contracts strictly against the statutory frameworks of the Republic of India. Compute credits are deducted upon the initiation of an audit sequence. We reserve the right to terminate API access for users attempting to reverse-engineer our Hybrid Knowledge Graph or bypass rate limiters.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law, under no circumstances shall Anubandha AI, its founders, developers, or affiliates be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from contract disputes, financial loss, or jurisdictional misinterpretations. Our total cumulative liability shall strictly not exceed the total amount paid by you to us in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
