Privacy & Data Processing Policy

1. Secure Infrastructure & DPDP Compliance

Anubandha AI processes highly sensitive corporate agreements. We operate strictly in compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023. Documents are transmitted via encrypted pipelines (TLS 1.2+) and temporarily ingested into our isolated Cloudflare R2 and Hugging Face infrastructure strictly for the duration of the audit.

2. Zero Model Training Guarantee

Your proprietary data remains yours. We mathematically and contractually guarantee that the documents, clauses, and entity names you upload are NEVER absorbed, stored, or utilized to train foundational Large Language Models (LLMs). Your documents act exclusively as transient context for the inference engine.

3. Authentication & Account Data

Through our OAuth integrations (Google/Supabase), we collect and store only the minimal data required for platform operation: your name, email address, and transaction identifiers for credit management. We do not sell, broker, or syndicate this data to third-party marketers.

4. Data Erasure

Artifacts created during the scanning pipeline are expunged from the active processing nodes immediately upon completion. Users retain the right to request full deletion of their historical JSON reports and account data from our PostgreSQL database at any time by contacting our support desk.
